Happy Birthday Sarah!

                                                     

Sarah's turns 19 today! She loves her niece, quilting, writing penpals, exercising, and reading. She has recently started learning how to play hymns on the piano and is doing a great job! She is a joy to have in our family, and we are very thankful for her today. ♥

Sarah recently started a quilting business and has made some really beautiful quilts!

        Sarah absolutely ADORES her little niece and loves every moment she gets to spend with her!

Last year us girls and Mom participated in a walking challenge where you walk 100 miles in the Spring. Sarah was diligent to continue walking every day even after Spring100 was over. It is always fun when you get to go on sister walks together!

Sarah and I(Grace) participated in Bible Bee again this year. Sarah was very diligent to memorize about 1000 verses and has reached 100 repetitions of each of her passages TODAY!! In the picture above, we have our Bible Bee medals on.

Happy Birthday Amanda!

 We are so thankful for Amanda and for all that she adds to our family with her creativity, baking, photography, and musical skills!  Happy 27th birthday, Amanda!

Amanda loves being "Auntie" to Lizzy!

Studying the Constitution has been a big part of Amanda's life here recently!  A few of us are taking a free online course on the Constitution and have really been enjoying it. In addition to that, Amanda and a friend have been studying the Constitution/writings of the founding fathers together.

Happy Birthday Jared!

Jared turned 25 this week! We are so thankful for him and his part in our family. Jared has been keeping busy lately with his Ebay business and his job at a sawmill near us. He is a hard worker!

This was on Jared's birthday when he got home from work.  We had to get a picture of these three together because they were matching. :)

Happy 1st Birthday Elizabeth!

One year ago today the most precious little girl entered the world! I think I can speak for the rest of the family in saying that it's been the most wonderful year being grandparents, uncles, and aunts to Elizabeth Joy. She does indeed bring joy into our lives!

Last Saturday we had a big one-year birthday celebration.  Elizabeth loved having all those people in her house! 

She wouldn't stop hugging the monkey we got her... it was so adorable!!
